Augusto Corrêa is a 19 years old boy born Down Syndrome. Since his childhood he was a very electric and answered positively to all the stimulation methods used to speed up his deficiency. The family, the house and the people around him were trained to stimulate him. The focus was a single one: to offer him the opportunity to face all the alternatives in terms of physical and personal development. No serious physical problem affected him unless an apraxia that avoided him to speak fluently. In a regular school he was very well included among many colleagues and learned the basic education. On the other hand, he faced sports and cultural activities. The heritage was a passion by water sports (swimming and diving), judo and playing the guitar. Suddenly, without any specific orientation, he appeared painting. Colorful pens, drawing paper and a totally different format of design: small bubbles full of colors. His draw is different from everything. He draws empty black bubbles and then full them up with colors creating interesting movements adding life to the draws. Three exhibitions were done in Brasília (Brazil’s Capital City) and a strong interest by the media was felt in his recent third event opened by Brazilian First Lady, Michele Bolsonaro. Augusto arrived to a maturity position that allows him to optimize his strong capacity to transfer his personal experience as an example of a good inclusion journey.
